Water Levels Rising

No serious flooding is expected on the Sydenham River but low lying levels are expected to be underwater when the river peaks today.

According to the St. Clair Region Conservation Authority, the watershed got about 35mm of rain and the floodplain areas will be submerged.

Officials are also warning people to stay away from the cold, fast moving water.
