Windsor Company In Compliance Following Fatal Industrial Accident

According to the Ministry of Labour,  A Windsor company where a Chatham man died in an industrial accident earlier this year, has complied with all ministry requirements.

24 year old Michael Cobb died  April 12th, after he was injured on the job at Pre-Stressed Systems Inc.

At the time the Ministry issued three requirements for the Walker Rd. facility and they have complied with all three.

The union representing the workers  said there was a piece of faulty equipment involved in the fatal accident, and the investigation is on going.
