A frightening experience for a woman in Tilbury.
Chatham-Kent Police say the victim was walking her dog on Queen Street yesterday afternoon when a man approached and started yelling, threatening the woman and her dog.
The 47-year-old accused was arrested, charged with two counts of uttering threats, and held in custody for a bail hearing.
