The OPP has come out with its annual stats from Canada Road Safety Week.
From May 15th to the 21st, Provincial Police handed out over 10,600 speeding tickets, including 175 stunt driving charges.
There were 726 charges relating to seat belt use – a 12% rise over last year, and 124 impaired driving charges.
When it comes to distracted driving, officers laid 424 charges, which is actually down 12% from 2017.
