The westbound 401 at Kent Bridge Road is closed for a few hours today after a crash last night.
According to Chatham-Kent Police, a transport truck entered the north ditch last night at 8:00pm after the driver lost control.
Crews will be removing the commercial vehicle from 11:00am-1:00pm today.
A 34-year-old Brampton man is being charged with careless driving, failing to accurately complete a daily inspection report, and failing to surrender an inspection schedule.
