Tools and construction equipment seem to be the popular target for thieves of the last few weeks. 
Police say somebody made off with power tools from an Oxley Drive garage in Chatham in the overnight hours Monday.
It was in that same time period that crooks stole some drywall and cordless tools from a trailer on a construction site on Eventide Place.
Early Tuesday morning crooks forced their way into a Park Avenue business and took four computers and a number of Dewalt tools.
Total value across all three thefts is almost $15,000
