1 large bag of perogies (I use the no name potato and cheddar super pack)
half of a brick of marble cheese – shredded
1 large green pepper – diced
half pound of bacon – cooked and cut into small pieces
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup (I use no name 50% less fat)
In your crock pot spray a little pam then place a layer of perogies (can be put in frozen) then sprinkle a handful of shredded marble cheese , sprinkle half of the onion and half of the pepper over the cheese, add half of the bacon pieces, open one of the cans of soup and pour on top and put half a can of water over that. Then repeat the layer only on the top layer omit the water and leave the cheese till the end – it will look yummier 🙂 Salt and pepper to taste. Turn Crock Pot on low for three hours then serve – or if you have a family function just unplug, bring it to where you are going and plug it in there can remain on low for another 3-4 hours.
