Chatham-Kent Fire and Emergency Services are investigating a fire in Chatham.
Officials say last night, Stations #1 and #2 quickly put out a fire at a Richmond Street apartment building.
They say damages are estimated at $15,000 after significant smoke and water damage, and that only limited damage was done to the neighbouring apartments.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
