A Chatham teen is facing charges after he was seen trying to break into cars along Victoria Ave early this morning. Shortly after midnight concerned citizens phoned police, suspecting the youth was up to no good. After a short foot pursuit officers caught up with the 16 year old on Elizabeth Street. Police learned he was breaching his court ordered conditions. He’s been charged with 2 counts of failing to comply.
