According to figures from the Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors, 101 homes traded hands in July, a 39% drop compared to last year.
Association president Kristi Willder says they’ll be keeping a close eye on the months ahead to see whether the downward trend is just a blip or a sign of things to come.
