Three of the four confirmed COVID-19 deaths in Sarnia-Lambton have been linked to one local senior’s residence.
The Landmark Village in Sarnia is the scene of a possible COVID-19 outbreak.
With three of the area’s four deaths coming from The Landmark, the county’s Medical Officer of Health now says a new case has been identified in connection to the facility. This time, an individual in their 30s, not yet confirmed to be an employee.
Dr. Ranade says congregation needs have been eliminated at the facility and meals are being delivered to rooms. Residents have been asked to isolate within their self contained apartment dwelling.
Total cases in Sarnia-Lambton are now at 39.
