Chatham-Kent police report the victim of a single vehicle accident last month has passed away in hospital.
The accident took place January 29th on Cochrane Line in Orford Township.
The 30 year old man was transported to hospital in critical condition.
He passed away this morning, and police will not be releasing the identity.
