Families having to pay for hospital services in Chatham-Kent now have an easier payment option.
An 800-number has been set up to accept credit card payment for fees that aren’t covered by OHIP or other health benefit plans.
The 1-800 payment system accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, with an option to receive a confirmation code by text message.
Of course, patients still have the option of in-person payment at both the Chatham and Sydenham campuses.
