Impaired driving charges have been laid following a crash on the 401 just east of Chatham-Kent.
Just after 5:30 yesterday afternoon, Provincial Police got a call about a suspected drunk driver.
Middlesex OPP, Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation Police, and Chippewas of the Thames First Nation Police found the vehicle a short time later after it had crashed into the centre median.
The driver, a 36-year-old Mississauga woman, was arrested and released from custody with a September court date.
