Chatham-Kent OPP have now identified the driver killed in that head on crash on the 401 Friday Morning.
Police say 44 year old Alaa Issa of Windsor was killed in the crash.
Police say he was behind the wheel of a westbound truck that crossed the median and slammed head on into an Eastbound truck.
That driver of the Eastbound vehicle was airlifted to London in critical condition.
The 401 was closed near Queens Line for 13 hours while they investigated the incident.
