There’s no word yet whether any charges will be laid following a crash that forced a partial closure of the 401 through Chatham-Kent for most of the day.
The westbound lanes were blocked off around 5:30 yesterday morning after a transport rolled and caught fire near Highway 40.
No one was hurt.
The Ministries of Environment and Transportation were both called in to assist with the cleanup and investigation.
The westbound lanes finally reopened just before 8 o’clock last night.
