Thamesville was packed this past weekend for the 41st annual Threshing Festival.
Ward Three Councillor Steve Pinsonneault says events like this wouldn’t be possible without the hard work of volunteers.
“Well you know, there’s a very dedicated group here that took over the Threshing Festival Committee and they’ve kept it going for the past several years. And we totally appreciate anybody that gets out and volunteers and gives their time to a community-based event. It’s just great.”
Pinsonneault says events like the Threshing Festival are the life-blood of communities around Chatham-Kent.
