Chatham-Kent Police have revealed more information and a young girl who was found wandering along Bear Line Road Monday morning. 
Officials say around 7:00 a.m., a driver spotted the girl near Dale Drive. She stopped and kept the child safe while calling the police.
Through investigation, they found that the 5-year-old lived nearby and was brought home safely.
Police are thanking the driver who stopped, and are encouraging all parents to talk to their kids about safety, and help them learn their address, phone number, full name, and what school they attend. They say this information will help police bring them home if they are ever separated from a parent or guardian.
