Final numbers are in from last week’s Golf for the Kids fundraiser, in support of the Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation.
The 7th annual event, formerly known as the Festival of Golf, was held at Willow Ridge Golf and Country Club last Friday, raising $76,000.
President of the Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation, Mike Genge, says all the funds raised through registrations and an auction will support therapy and services for children and youth, including social work, recreation, and music therapy.
The Children’s Treatment Centre supports as many as 5000 children and youth with physical, developmental, and communication needs.
