Damages are pegged at approximately $80,000 after an overnight house fire in Cedar Springs.
Station#16 Raleigh South and #18 Blenheim responded to the blaze on John Street shortly after midnight.
Cause of the fire remains undetermined.
Chatham-Kent Fire and Emergency Services say the fire started on the exterior of the home.
No injuries were reported.
