A financial boost for two local agencies.

The 100+ Women Who Care Chatham-Kent have donated $11,275 to Linck, formerly Chatham-Kent Children’s Services.

Linck is a multi-service agency providing g children’s mental health, developmental and protection services in Chatham-Kent, The agency partners with parents, caregivers and community to provide a safe environment for children and youth, through equitable, culturally-aligned services.

Meantime, the organization’s brother group is also continuing its mission of giving back, donating $10,200 to NeighbourLink CK.

NeighbourLink is made up of a network of churches, providing practical help to those in need by connecting them with relevant services and supports in the community.

Members of the Women and Men Who Care groups meet four times each year to vote on which charitable organization they would like to donate to next with each member contributing $100.
