A recent charity gala has raised tens of thousands of dollars in support of local health care in Chatham-Kent.
The Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation (CKHAF) held its 2024 Parade of Chefs Charity Gala on September 21 at the John D. Bradley Convention Centre, raising a total of $265,000.
The event was attended by over 225 community members, donors, and sponsors who enjoyed a culinary experience featuring unique dishes crafted by local chefs and restaurants.
All of the funds raised will directly benefit the Chatham and Wallaceburg sites of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA), helping to fund critical healthcare initiatives and essential equipment purchases.
