A Wallaceburg man has been charged after allegedly drinking and getting behind the wheel.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were notified about a potentially impaired driver on Friday, shortly before 10:30 p.m.
The driver was stopped on Water Street in Wallaceburg and was arrested.
A 22-year-old man is now charged with impaired driving, resisting arrest, and refusing to comply with a demand. He was taken to police headquarters and later released with a future court date.
