- 1 can each drained green, wax, red, kidney and garbanzo beans (chick peas)
- 1 green pepper, sliced in thin strips
- 1 large purple-red onion, cut in rings
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup salad oil
- ½ cup white vinegar
Drain vegetables as well as possible. Mix all together and marinate overnight.
