Broken Window Leads To Mischief Charge

A woman has been arrested after allegedly causing a disturbance at a business in Plympton-Wyoming.

The Ontario Provincial Police said a woman attended a London Line business shortly before 7 p.m. on Monday where she damaged a window following an altercation with staff. The woman then fled the scene.

As a result, officers have identified a suspect and arrested a 50-year-old Petrolia woman. She is now charged with mischief under $5,000 and resisting a peace officer.

The accused has since been released from custody with an April court date.
