CKHA Launches Survey To Inform New Strategic Plan

Local hospital officials are seeking public input to help shape the future of healthcare in the region.

The Chatham–Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) has launched an online public engagement survey as part of the development of the hospital’s new five-year strategic plan.

The new strategic plan for 2025-2030 will guide CKHA’s priorities and decision-making beginning this year and into 2030.

“We’ve been active in connecting with our internal teams, including staff, physicians, and volunteers,” said Adam Topp, CKHA’s president and CEO, in a news release. “Now we’re turning to the broader community. This strategic plan belongs to everyone, and we want to understand what matters most to you.”

The survey is open to everyone in the Chatham-Kent community and it will remain open through April and May. The new strategic plan is expected to launch this summer.
