Police are appealing to the public for help following a motorcycle collision that claimed a life just south of Chatham.
The Ontario Provincial Police said a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle collided on Communication Road and Fairview Line shortly before 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
The motorcyclist was rushed to hospital, but later pronounced dead. Police said the name and age of the male victim are being withheld out of respect for the family’s privacy.
Authorities are now looking to speak with anyone who observed the vehicles prior to the collision, who witnessed the collision, or anyone with dashcam footage of the collision.
