A local man has been airlifted to hospital following a serious single-vehicle collision northeast of Blenheim.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to Front Line, east of Brush Line, at around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, after a vehicle left the road and crashed into a ditch.
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 55-year-old Blenheim man, suffered serious injuries and was airlifted from the scene to a London hospital.
Front Line was closed for roughly four hours while officers with the Traffic Management Unit conducted an investigation.
Anyone with information regarding the collision is asked to contact Constable Brandon McKeen at [email protected] or by calling 519-355-1092.
