Dana’s Delights – Mushroom Salad

  • 2 cans whole mushrooms, drained
  • 1 seedless cucumber, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 Spanish onion, cut in rings
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, mix above ingredients. Mix together ½ cup white sugar and ½ white vinegar. Pour this over vegetables and mix well. Prepare about 4 hours before serving. Just before serving add fresh diced tomatoes.
