A Bothwell man is facing impaired driving charges after he was pulled over in Brooke-Alvinston.
The Ontario Provincial Police said an officer on general patrol stopped a suspicious vehicle on Inwood Road at Oil Springs Line at around 9:15 p.m. on Sunday.
Following an investigation, the driver was arrested.
A 24-year-old Bothwell man has now been charged with impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. He was also issued a 90-day driver’s licence suspension, and his vehicle will be impounded for seven days.
He has since been released from custody with a future court date.
