A local library is getting a bit of a refresh in the coming days.
The Dresden branch of the Chatham-Kent Public Library will be closed Wednesday, October 29, Thursday, October 30, and Friday, November 7 to accommodate the installation of new shelving in the adult area. Officials say the update will create a brighter, more welcoming space for patrons.
From October 31st until November 8th, the adult fiction and non-fiction collections and the microfilm computer will be unavailable, although the branch will be open to the public.
The Dresden library is expected to return to full services on Saturday, November 8.
