A local woman has been arrested after she was allegedly found partially naked in the lobby of a Chatham apartment building.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to a complaint about an incident at a Boardwalk apartment building on King Street West at around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Authorities arrived to find a woman in a “state of undress” in the lobby of the building.
Following an investigation, a 33-year-old Chatham-Kent woman was arrested and charged with committing an indecent act. She was later released with conditions and a January court date.
