
A special job fair is being held later this month as a local organization looks to bolster its ranks.
Community Living Wallaceburg is holding a career fair on Thursday, January 29.
Providing Supports to more than 400 individuals and their families throughout Chatham-Kent, Community Living Wallaceburg officials say the job fair provides an opportunity to learn more about the organization, meet the team, and possibly have an interview on site.
“This is special work, providing hands-on assistance and support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities so they can live meaningful, safe, and self-directed lives” Susan Krogman, Director of People & Culture said in a news release. “The work is person-centered and focuses on building skills, promoting independence, and supporting inclusion in the community.
The career fair runs from 2-6pm at the Community Living Wallaceburg offices on Dufferin Avenue.
