
Police are looking for suspects after a simple traffic stop turned into a high-speed getaway.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers on patrol spotted a vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign in the area of Dufferin Avenue and Arnold Street in Wallaceburg, at around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
When police attempted to stop the vehicle, the driver fled the area at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was last seen travelling west toward Walpole Island.
No identifying information about the vehicle has been released.
