The roar of engines will be heard on Chatham’s south side this week as local high school students get into the retro spirit.
Thursday, April 23 marks the second annual John McGregor Secondary School RetroFest, with over 50 vintage vehicles expected on the school grounds.
The festivities will also include face painting, live music, a retro costume contest, live art, and more.
Meantime, McGregor art students are also preparing for the full-fledged RetroFest in downtown Chatham next month with an interactive art project.
Thursday’s car show is open to the public, running from roughly 10:45am until 1:30pm.
