It’s one of the sure signs that summer is right around the corner.
The Chatham Kinsmen Fair kicks off today with four days of community, family, and fun.
The 70th annual event, formerly known as the Jaycee Fair, gets underway at 4 o’clock Thursday afternoon and runs through Sunday on the grounds outside Memorial Arena, with midway rides run by World’s Finest Shows, vendors, crafters, and more. Entertainment includes jugglers, dance presentations from The Academy, and on Sunday, a petting zoo courtesy of TJ Stables.
Admission to the fairgrounds is free, all-day ride passes for the midway can be purchased onsite.
