
Two stolen bottles of alcohol have led to the arrest of a Wallaceburg man.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to a theft at an unidentified business on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg on Wednesday shortly before 1 p.m.
Officers arrived to discover that a man had entered the store and stolen a pair of liquor bottles.
Following an investigation, a 42-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested and charged with theft under $5,000. He will answer the charge in court in July.
