The Ag Development Committee presented before council Monday night about today’s launch of the Grown in CK and Grown in Chatham Kent Brands…Producers would have to meet certain requirements to be deemed products of Chatham Kent…the significant product or ingredients of the product would have to be from Chatham Kent…Producers would use stickers to identify their products as being from Chatham Kent. Mayor Randy Hope says people are looking for quality food and now they can be assured of the quality because it comes from Chatham Kent
