Charges have been laid after a man posted an intimate photo of his partner online without permission.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were contacted on Friday at around 9:30 p.m. after the image was shared over social media.
Police conducted an investigation and arrested a 34-year-old Chatham man in connection with the incident.
The accused has been charged with criminal harassment and publication of an intimate image without consent. He was later released from custody with a September court date.
