An 18 year old Chatham man is facing numerous charges following a traffic stop yesterday afternoon. An officer randomly queried the plates of a grey Hyundai in front of him to find the plates on the vehicle were long expired. The officer also found the validation sticker had been adjusted with a permanent marker. To make matters worse, the driver was also unlicensed.
