A Blenheim man is facing charges following a traffic stop in St. Clair Township.
The Ontario Provincial Police said officers stopped a vehicle on Brigden Road near Bentpath Line at around 12:30 a.m. on August 27.
A reason for the traffic stop has not been released, however, police said they arrested the driver.
A 51-year-old Blenheim man is now charged with impaired driving and failing to comply with a demand. He was also issued a 90-day driver’s licence suspension, and his vehicle will be impounded for seven days.
The accused will answer the charges in court later this month.
