- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 beef Oxo cubes, diluted in ½ cup hot water
- 2 cans tomatoes, medium
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 3 cups water
- 1 tsp. salt
Brown ground beef. Add remaining vegetables and spices and simmer until tender.
