Missouri’s Governor Jay Nixon has called in the National Guard and is declaring a State of Emergency in Ferguson and the decision from the Grand Jury on the killing of a Black Teen by a White Police Officer is set to come down and the Governor expects there will be trouble no matter how the decission goes.
