A 45-year-old Windsor man decided to do things the hard way in a run-in with Chatham-Kent police Sunday morning.
Police were called to a Richmond St. business with reports of a man causing a ruckus. The man left before police arrived but officers quickly caught up with him.
Police say officers suspected he’d been drinking but the man refused a breath test, going so far as to threaten to kill one of the officers at the scene.
He was arrested and taken to headquarters, where he started a fight with two officers.
He’s facing charges of assault, threats and refusing to providing breath sample.
