A 52-year old Chatham man is facing charges following an attempted theft at the Chatham-Kent Hospice.
Police were tipped off to his presence around midnight Saturday.
When they arrived, they say the man was in a trailer on the site.
He’s been charged with break and enter and possession of stolen property.
The hospice has been a target of multiple thefts since construction began this past spring.
