Police continue to investigate the tragic crash that has claimed the life of a 14-year-old Bothwell area boy.
Police say the young man was walking with another 14 year old boy on a bike on Longwoods Rd. when they were hit just after 6pm.
The boy on foot was taken to hospital in Newbury where he was pronounced dead.
The boy on the bicycle suffered minor injuries.
The 52-year-old Wardsville man driving the van was unhurt. At this point there is no word on charges.
