Local MPP Rick Nichols is very surprised at how early the budget is being put forward.
Opposition parties have asked for certain things to be addressed in the budget
Nichols says things have to change in the province especially when it comes to health care.
He says Ontario has become a have not province. He says the idea of eat or heat is not acceptable.
