The price of Lake Erie perch is on the rise.
As it sits right now, a pound of perch is around $15-$16.
That’s up about $3 in the last 30 days and an increase of about $5 over the last year.
Back in March it was announced that the lake Erie perch quota would drop from 10.528 million pounds last year to 9.208 million pounds for 2016.
