The Ministry of Labour is investigating after a worker was injured at a Wheatley company.
Hike Metal has been ordered to stop work until guard rails are installed around hatch openings on boats.
Last Friday, a worker fell into an open hatch that was under construction and was taken to hospital with unspecified injuries.
