Lambton OPP are also investigating a 5-car crash that happened yesterday afternoon on Northville Road and 21 Highway.
Cars were stopped on the westbound portion of Northville Road when a driver, also travelling westbound, failed to see the traffic ahead and crashed into the back of the last car, causing a chain reaction.
30-year old Agatha Stone of Harwich was charged with careless driving.
